GlassGirl.ME ships all items via UPS.
- All shipping rates are calculated by UPS at the time of check out.
- Some items require extra insurance due to their value, all insurance fees are included in the shipping price.
- Sorry, GlassGirl.ME cannot ship to PO boxes.
- Special shipping can only be arrange prior to you placing your order.
- Don't hesitate to contact us with any special shipping requirements or questions.
Returns
Please read our Return Policy below before shipping back your merchandise.
GlassGirl.ME offers a 7-day return guarantee
GlassGirl.ME accepts returns in some circumstances within 7 days of receipt of a purchased item. Due to the delicate nature of the items we sell, returns are handled on a case by case basis and limited to purchases in which
- The wrong item shipped
- The description is misleading or incorrect
- An item was incorrectly identified by GlassGirl
All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to the sender. To authorize a return - email clerk@glassgirl.me with your order number and a description of the problem or call 253-520-4136 during business hours 10-4 Monday to Thursday and 10 to 2 Fridays, Pacific Coast time; closed for all national Holidays.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
We will not issue a refund for merchandise that is returned more than 7 days after receipt, unless special arrangements have been made with our customer service department. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we shipped you the wrong item. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
Items damaged in shipping must be addressed with UPS in accordance with the required shipping insurance for each purchase.
Instructions for Returning Merchandise
Contact clerk@glassgirl.me or call 253-520-4136 and arrange for authorization for return. When you receive the authorization and pack your item/s, be sure to enclose your full name, your order number and/or receipt with a note explaining why you are returning the item(s), and mail the package to:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
We advise you to send your package via UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail to obtain insurance, if needed, and a tracking number. If you have questions about your return, please contact our Customer Service Department at 253-520-4136.
